Congrats to Dr. Qiujie for his new position at Oak Ridge National Laboratory

Dr. Jie Qiu is heading for his new appointment as a Research Scientist at Oak Ridge Nationa Laboratory. Dr. Qiu will continue serving IIS as a director.
